We import and we service

Japanese motorcycles you can't buy in Poland

JDM versions, classics and engine sizes that never reached European distribution. Every motorcycle goes to our Warsaw workshop first — not straight to your door.

Why buy straight from a Japanese auction?

This is not the same market as Europe or America. Three things make the difference:

Condition described, not promised

The auction house grades every motorcycle before the sale: engine, frame, suspension and appearance each get their own grade on an S-to-E scale. Accident damage, a non-working engine and missing documents are flagged separately. You see the same sheet the Japanese bidders see.

Models that were never sold here

Much of Japanese production never reached European showrooms — JDM versions, classics from the 80s and 90s, engine sizes and model years you simply won't find in Polish listings.

You pay the auction price, not a dealer's margin

Only countable items are added to the hammer price: the auction house's commission, shipping, customs duty, VAT and our commission. All of them shown in the breakdown below.

The motorcycle goes to the workshop, not straight to you

A broker's job ends the moment the keys change hands. Ours starts there — because the workshop is ours and the motorcycle goes through it before handover.

Full inspection on arrival

After customs clearance the motorcycle goes onto our lift. We check its technical condition and compare it against the auction condition sheet — before you see it and before you collect it.

Prepared to ride

Fluids changed and a pre-handover check. You collect a motorcycle that is ready to ride, not one straight out of the container.

Servicing after the sale too

Servicing, repairs and parts for Japanese motorcycles — in the same workshop, with the same people. You don't have to hunt for a garage that knows an imported machine.

What does the motorcycle cost at your door?

No hidden items. Enter the auction price and we'll show the full breakdown through to collection in Warsaw.

Auction price (JPY)

How it works, step by step

Four stages. At each one you know what you get and what happens next.

1

You choose the motorcycle

You get the auction condition sheet and the full price breakdown in złoty.

You, together with us
2

We bid on your behalf

You set your maximum. We don't bid above it.

Preparation and collection

Inspection and preparation in our workshop, then collection at ul. Ordona 2A.

MotoFuji, then you

Come and see the workshop

Most importers are brokers only — no address you can drive to, and nothing after the keys change hands. We have a workshop in Warsaw's Wola district. Come, look around and talk to us before you pay any deposit.

We're not starting from zero

We opened the Warsaw workshop recently, but we have been importing motorcycles from Japan for years — previously in Belarus. Same containers, same customs clearance, same people, now with a Polish address.

These photographs come from our earlier operation. Motorcycles imported to Poland go to the workshop at ul. Ordona 2A in Warsaw.

Before you decide

What if I pay a deposit and you disappear?

This is the question that matters most when a large sum goes to an intermediary you've never met — especially with firms that exist only as a website and a bank account.

So the order is reversed: first you come to ul. Ordona 2A, see the workshop and talk to us, and only then do you pay a deposit. MotoFuji is operated by BRAP Sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland (KRS 0001027512, NIP 7011136267) — you can check the register, and a workshop with lifts cannot be faked.

What if the motorcycle isn't what the photos showed?

You won't sit on it or start the engine before the auction — that risk can't be removed entirely and we won't pretend otherwise.

But you bid on the auction house inspectors' assessment, not our description — engine, frame, suspension and appearance on an S-to-E scale, which we show unedited. And on arrival the motorcycle goes onto our lift first, not to your door: we check it and compare it against the condition described at auction before you collect it.

Who repairs it when something breaks?

With a machine imported from Japan this is a real problem: not every garage wants to work on a motorcycle that was never in European distribution.

With us servicing isn't a separate company — it's the same workshop that prepared your motorcycle before handover. Servicing, repairs and parts sourcing at the same address, from people who already know this particular machine.

Will extra costs appear after I've paid?

Importing involves a lot of line items — commission, shipping, customs, VAT — and it is exactly that complexity that lets bad-faith importers add a figure after the fact.

So we calculate from one fixed formula: auction commission by price band, customs duty of 6–8% by engine size, 23% VAT and our 15% commission (minimum 1 700 zł). The same formula prices every lot in the catalogue — you can check it before you even talk to us.
